All people must have access to reasonably priced, dependable, sustainable, and contemporary energy, according to Sustainable Development Goal 7. Nearly every significant difficulty and opportunity the world confronts today revolves around energy. Sustainable energy has the chance to change people’s lives, economies, and the environment. Even still, one in five people worldwide lack access to power, and as global demand rises, there needs to be a significant uptick in the production of renewable energy. Although there has been little growth since 2010, the percentage of the world’s population that has access to clean fuels and technologies for cooking climbed from 51% in 2000 to 58% in 2014.
This research project of the Agriculture Department aims to construct a prototype of used cooking engine oil, Kalan, and conduct a performance evaluation of the constructed used cooking oil and used engine oil, Kalan. Its climate change objective is to have a prototype Kalan for energy as an essential strategy for mitigating climate change and improving health. The climate risk being addressed is air pollution.
