Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing addressed to DR. JOHN N. CABANSAG, College President through HERMINIA L. DANAO, Administrative Officer V (HRMO III).
You may submit your application via op_asc@yahoo.com or hand in to the Office of the College President (Main Campus and Luna Campus). Please submit your application Documents on or before August 16, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Interview is scheduled on August 18, 2023, 9:00 AM at RDE Conference Hall, RDE Building, Apayao State College – Luna Campus.
Attach the following documents:
- Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be download at www.csc.gov.ph with Work Experience Sheet (WES)
- Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license, if applicable;
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma;
- Photocopy of certificate of seminars/trainings; and
- Valid/recent X-ray Report (to be submitted by the successful applicant before deployment)
