THRUSTS OF THE PRESIDENT
The Strategic Direction of the President is inscribed in the acronym CREST. The term CREST is associated with the comb or tuft of feathers, fur, or skin on the head of a bird or other animal. It also means the top of a mountain or hill of which the Province of Apayao is physically characterized and of course, the top of a wave. The act of going up the mountain is linked to the proposed Core Values-so it will be stated, We ASCEND together to ACHIEVE (CHED’s Mandate) the CREST.
