KASARANAY, the official quarterly newsletter of the Apayao State College-Luna Campus Extension Unit is out now, covering the first to the third quarters of 2023. “Kasaranay”, meaning ‘brotherhood’ in the Ilocano dialect represents the goals of the Extension Unit in partnership with the Provincial Government and Local Government Units of Apayao, various line agencies, people’s organizations, and other stakeholders aimed at empowering the yApayaos through the necessary values, knowledge, skills, competencies, and entrepreneurial abilities to promote self-reliance, greater productivity, and better communities.
