Education: Any health-related course

Training: Basic Life Support, relevant training in patient care, hygiene, and vital sign monitoring

Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial, particularly in caring for young adults or college-aged individuals

Place of Assignment: ASC-Conner Campus

Checklist of Application Requirements:

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-size photo (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph with Work Experience Sheet (WES);

2. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/rating/license, if applicable;

3. Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma; 4. Photocopy of Certificate of seminars/training; and

5. Medical Certificate with latest X-ray report (to be submitted by the successful applicant before deployment)
