Pursuant to Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, this Bid Bulletin is hereby issued to further amend and replace Annex “B” (Revised Deployment Schedule) previously issued under Bid Bulletin No. 1, as corrected by Bid Bulletin No. 2.
This Bid Bulletin shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents. All prospective bidders are hereby advised to take note of the following amendment in the preparation of their bids.
