Public servants from various government agencies across Apayao unified at the Apayao Eco-Tourism and Sports Complex Grandstand on September 4 for the opening ceremony of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.
The event centered on the national theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: May Puso, Dangal at Galing Para sa Bayan,” honoring the contributions and dedication of civil personnel in the province.
The morning activities started with a solidarity parade of delegations, followed by the presentation of cluster muses, a lively TikTok challenge, the official banner hoisting, and the conduct of the oath of amateurism.
Cluster 4 bagged the top spot in the dance competition after performing against six competing groups.
ASC forms part of the champion cluster, sharing the victory alongside member agencies including PNP, DILG, CDA, LTO, PSA, DOST, DICT, HPG, and Crime Laboratory.
The program signals the start of a series of sports, cultural, and team-building activities designed to strengthen fellowship and excellence in government service across the province.
