This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 1 is hereby issued to all prospective bidders to formally adopt and include the Special Conditions of the Contract in the Bidding Documents.
In addition, please be informed that December 8, 2025 (Feast of the Immaculate Conception) is a regular holiday. Accordingly, the scheduled deadline for the submission and opening of bids is moved to December 9, 2025, at the same time and venue indicated in the Bidding Documents.
This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin shall form part of the Bidding Documents for the above-stated project.
