• Instructor–Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) major in English
Education: Master’s Degree/Units earned in the area of specialization or its allied/related fields
Eligibility: RA1080
• Instructor–Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) major in Science/Physics
Education: Master’s Degree/Units earned in the area of specialization or its allied/related fields
Eligibility: RA1080
• Instructor–Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education
Education: Master’s Degree/Units earned in the area of specialization or its allied/related fields
Eligibility: RA1080

Checklist of Application Requirements:
1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-size photo (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph with Work Experience Sheet (WES);
2. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/rating/license, if applicable;
3. Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma;
4. Photocopy of Certificate of seminars/training; and
5. Medical Certificate with latest X-ray report (to be submitted by the successful applicant before deployment)
