Document Request Portal with Electronic Official Receipt (EOR)

The Document Request Portal is a web-based system that simplifies the request, processing, and issuance of academic documents such as transcripts, certificates, and diplomas. It enables students, alumni, and authorized users to submit requests online, track their status in real time, and receive timely updates. The system enhances efficiency by automating workflows, reducing manual processing, and ensuring secure access to records. It also supports online payment integration (e.g., GCash and LandBank) and automatically generates Electronic Official Receipts (EOR), promoting transparency, convenience, and a seamless, paperless transaction experience.

Alumni Tracking System

The Alumni Tracking System is a centralized platform that manages and maintains records of graduates, including their contact details, career information, and participation in institutional activities. It strengthens the institution’s connection with its alumni by enabling continuous communication and engagement. The system supports event registration, participation tracking, and alumni-driven initiatives such as networking and fundraising, helping build a strong and active alumni community.

Faculty Pulse System

The Faculty Pulse System is a digital platform designed to streamline faculty performance evaluation, feedback collection, and academic monitoring. It enables structured assessments from students and administrators, while providing real-time analytics to support continuous improvement and academic quality assurance. With features such as automated scoring, performance dashboards, and historical tracking, the system promotes transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making in faculty evaluation and institutional development.
