Blending the art of distinguishing creations and indispensable precision, BS in Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education students were seamlessly equipped with the vibrancy of Bartending and Table Set-Up Workshop, held at EKB, Auditorium, ASC-Luna Campus on May 7.
Mr. Arnel S. Rubio, a certified Assessor-Head Trainor from Cagayan Proficiency Training Center, discussed the table set-up trends in which sophomores and juniors of BSHM and juniors of BTVTEd fully demonstrated, under the guidance of the trainer, catering taste preferences through diverse servings, and proper setting a convivial atmosphere.
In her speech, Ms. Catherine Bangayan rooted a pivotal role of hospitality management in distinctive food and beverage techniques, shaping signature connections to customers in the food and beverage prospects.
“From traditional mixtures to contemporary creations, we’ll explore the techniques and flavors that characterize the craft of bartending. We’ll also venture into the realm of table setting, where every plate, glass, and napkin becomes a canvass for creativity.”
Dr. Rema Bascos-Ocampo, Campus Academic Dean, reminded the students that bartending is more than just pouring drinks, emphasizing the core fulfillment of experiences.
“Your expertise in crafting masterful concoctions, both classic and innovative, will be the foundation of that experience.”
