This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 2 is hereby issued to all prospective bidders  to adopt and include the Special Conditions of the Contract in the Bidding Documents.
Due to the Memorandum Order declaring the suspension of classes and work at Apayao State College, pursuant to the Provincial Order suspending classes and work in the Province of Apayao, the scheduled deadline for the submission and opening of bids for the aforementioned project is hereby postponed to September 29, 2025.
This Bid Bulletin shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents.
