In a move to foster collaboration and participatory governance, Apayao State College – Conner Campus (ASC-Conner) is conducting today its first Civil Society Organization (CSO) consultation meeting this 2025.
Attended by college & campus officials, unit heads, directors, and student leaders, the consultation gathered representatives from around 10 CSOs, local government units, and other key stakeholders to discuss key topics such as various services of the College, community development initiatives, policy advocacy, and collaborative projects, among others.
