The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Northern Luzon-Regional Field Office (NL-RFO) continued its advocacy for the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act (RA 11032) through a visit to Apayao State College (ASC) Conner Campus on Friday, November 22.
Leading the ARTA NL-RFO team was Atty. Rodolfo B. del Rosario, Jr., Chief for Regions 1, 2, and CAR, accompanied by Engr. Antonio P. Gardose II, Engr. Rachelle Joy N. Dulagan, Anderzon W. Beroña, and Melvin Jay G. Acierto. The team was warmly received by ASC officials, including Dr. Nobleza C. Sadao, College and Board Secretary, VP for Administration and Finance Services Jemmarie S. Kotoken, Campus Academic Dean Dr. Randy A. Cabilatazan, Associate Dean Dr. Agustina G. Pattung, and other unit heads.
ARTA’s mandate centers on ensuring efficient service delivery across government agencies, including State Universities and Colleges. During the visit, Atty. del Rosario reiterated ARTA’s commitment to enhancing governance:
“We are here to enforce the law as we determine your compliance and initiatives. More importantly, to assist and empower you to improve the delivery of services by streamlining processes and reducing red tape.”
As part of its commitment to RA 11032, ASC is actively pursuing transparent and efficient governance, as outlined in the Citizen’s Charter—a mandatory requirement under Section 6 of the law that defines service standards for clients.
To help strengthen their campaign efforts, the ARTA team distributed posters to be displayed in conspicuous areas.
