38 research proposals were presented during the 1st Quarter FY 2024 Call for Research & Development Proposals spearheaded by the RDE Unit on January 29, 2024, held at ASC Luna Campus.
A short program to welcome faculty researchers took place at the Conference Hall of the RDE Building. Dr. Rema B. Ocampo, the Campus Dean gave her opening remarks while the rationale and the presentation of 2024 research targets for the Campus were discussed by Dr. Maria Cristina Z. Manicad, Director for R&D and Special Projects. Moreover, Ma. Cristina C. Aguda, Science Research Specialist reminded the participants of the research processes to effectively conduct their research, and David Valenzuela, Science Research Assistant presented the evaluators followed by the parallel sessions for Education, Social, AANR, and IEET Categories.

In his closing remarks, Dr. Ronald O. Ocampo, VP for Academics, Research Development, and Extension Services, thanked the evaluators, participants, and everyone involved in the initial R&D undertaking.
