Old Administration Building ASC – Malama, Conner, Apayao, – November 23, 2023
ASC President John N. Cabansag presided over the Management Review conducted on November 30, 2023, at the Old Administration Building in ASC Conner-Malama Campus. The activity was carried out by the Quality Assurance Office and attended by key officials and department/unit heads.
Matters discussed relative to ISO 9001:2015 were the status of actions from previous Management Review and stages to audit findings; changes in external and internal issues relevant to the Quality Management System (QMS); Information on the performance and effectiveness of the QMS; Adequacy of resources; the effectiveness of actions taken to address risks and opportunities, and Management Commitment.
