The Conner Campus of Apayao State College formally welcomed students and its sixth president, Dr. Emmanuel James P. Pattaguan, on Wednesday, July 1, as the College opened Academic Year 2026-2027.
The welcome was held through separate programs at the Main Extension Campus in Cubet and the Main Campus in Malama. The occasion also marked the third day of Dr. Pattaguan’s first 100 days in office after the formal turnover of leadership from Dr. John N. Cabansag on June 29 at the Luna Campus. See more
