Luna Campus, Apayao State College, December 17, 2025 โ€” In a powerful display of unwavering commitment to quality and excellence, Apayao State College (ASC) convened a high-stakes Management Review under the dynamic leadership of President Dr. John N. Cabansag. Held at the EKB Auditorium on the 4th Floor of the RDE Building, the session united top management, process owners, and key ISO officials in a strategic summit that sharpened the college’s edge for its upcoming recertification on April 7-8, 2026.

Diving deep into ISO 9001:2015 Clause 9.3.2, the review tackled transformative areas: shifts in internal and external issues impacting the Quality Management System (QMS); trends in non-conformities and corrective actions; risk and opportunity analyses from monitoring results; audit outcomes with non-conformity status and corrective/preventive measures from internal and external audits; client satisfaction via customer feedback; performance reports on instruction, research, extension, and support servicesโ€”including external providers; and resource adequacy.

These discussions affirmed ASC’s QMS effectiveness, aligning every process with the college’s bold strategic goals.

In a moment of inspiration, newly promoted and hired employees under the DBM ROSS were proudly presented, symbolizing ASC’s investment in its human capital as the true engine of progress.

President Cabansag rallied the team with a clarion call: โ€œThis review isn’t just about complianceโ€”it’s our battle cry for operational supremacy. I pledge my full support to sustain and elevate our ISO status, transforming challenges into triumphs that propel Apayao State College to new heights of efficiency, innovation, and global impact. Together, we are unstoppable!โ€

The gathering not only fortified ASC’s path to recertification but reignited a shared passion for excellence, proving that visionary leadership and collective resolve can turn quality systems into launchpads for enduring success.
