ASC-Conner Campus Graduate School began the first semester with a vibrant and informative orientation session for its graduate school students. Held at the EKB Multipurpose Building on October 12, 2024, the event introduced students to the college’s academic programs, key officials, resources, and policies, fostering a strong sense of community and academic purpose.
The orientation began with a warm welcome from the Graduate School Dean, Dr. Nobleza C. Sadao, who emphasized the importance of academic excellence and the unique opportunities available at ASC. Following the opening remarks, key faculty members and staff were introduced, who provided insights into the various graduate programs and support services.
The highlights of the orientation were the Presentation on ASC’s Board of Trustees, the Presentation of College Officials, the Presentation of the VMGO, Core Values, Philosophies, and the SDG of the College, the Presentation of the Organizational Structure, Graduate School Library Policies, Graduate School Admission and Registration, and Research Services of the College, where students are encouraged to take advantage of the college’s state-of-the-art facilities. Elections of new Student Officers of the Graduate School were also highlighted.
The orientation concluded with photo opportunities along with the faculty and all the participants of the activity. The event successfully laid the foundation for a productive and enriching semester ahead, leaving students feeling motivated and well-prepared for their studies at ASC.
