Continuing the Waste Analysis & Characterization Study (WACS), the ASC Environmental Sustainability & Governance Office and the General Services Office collected, properly segregated, and weighed 58 kilos of combined wastes from the Main Campus (Malama) and Main Extension Site (Cubet) in Conner Campus.
This endeavor runs for three days according to For. Olivia C.Tomas, the Pollution Control Officer (Payanan Site) who is part of the team conducting the WACS that is useful for the drafting of the 10-year Solid Waste Management Plan of the College.
The LGU-Conner through the Municipal Environmental & Natural Resources Office is assisting ASC in this collegewide activity.
