NTFIH MOA SIGNING BETWEEN ASC AND REP. ELEANOR BULUT-BEGTANG

Eleanor Bulut-Begtang sign the Memorandum of Agreement on Natural Textile Fiber and Innovation Hub (NTFIH) witnessed by ASC officials Dr. Nobleza C. Sadao (College and Board Secretary), Dr. Ronald O. Ocampo (VP for Academics, Research & Development and Extension Services), Jemmarie S. Kotoken (VP for Administration and Finance Services), and Joyce P. Hidalgo (Budget Officer/Director for Finance), held at the Office of Representative Begtang in Quezon City on September 20, 2023.
