CSC-CAR Asst.Regional Director Ruben U. Wacas, the invited Subject Matter Expert of the On-Site Training on Supervisory Development Course Tracks 2 & 3 jointly conducted by ASC-HRM and the CSC-CAR, concluded his two-day engaging discussions on Module 5 – Creating Peak Performers, stressing on perspectives and choices of output-oriented people
The receptive participation of teaching and non-teaching employees that are holding key supervisory roles in the College absorbed more invaluable insights on day 2 with Director Wacas’ discussion of the elements of situational leadership, behaviors, levels of employee maturity, distinct styles, among others, that were best recalled using several mnemonics.
Dr. Nobleza C. Sadao, the College and Board Secretary thanked the SME for his unique and exceptional expertise. She was quoted as saying, “There are a lot of insights never heard before that only came from you. These are gems and precious diamonds,” which, Director Wacas humbly accepted through a certificate of appreciation and ASC products as tokens.
