BEED Department hosts Webinar on Artificial Intelligence in Education

The Bachelor of Elementary Education Department at Apayao State College-Luna Campus recently held a webinar on July 30-31, focusing on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education.

Titled “Capability Training on Artificial Intelligence in Education: Enhancing Teaching and Research,” this event aimed to equip educators and researchers with the essential knowledge and skills to leverage AI for enhancing both teaching and research.

Dr. Rema Bascos-Ocampo emphasized the importance of embracing emerging technologies in education, stating that these advancements not only enhance our capabilities but also prepare institutions to meet future challenges and opportunities.

Similarly, Dr. Ronald Ocampo, Vice President for Academics, Research & Extension Services, encouraged participants to explore and correctly leverage AI tools, urging them to continue innovating and collaborating. “Let us harness the power of AI to create a more inclusive, accessible, and impactful educational landscape,” he remarked
