ABOUT US
VISION:
Center-provider of various library resources and innovative library services in the province as well as in the region.
MISSION:
To provide adequate, updated and relevant library holdings needed in the four-fold functions and operation of the college.
GOAL:
Provider of quality and excellent library resources an efficient and effective library services.
OBJECTIVE:
To establish a comprehensive databank of all library resources as support to the academic and administrative programs of the college.
SPECIFIC:
1. To select and acquire updated instructional materials and equipment in various formats to support learning, teaching and research endeavors of the college.
2. To organize the library resources and services for easy access and utilization of the library users.
3. To collect and preserve indigenous learning materials that includes history, culture and arts of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
4. To strengthen linkages and networks with libraries of partner agencies and institutions.
