To integrate new engagement of workplace culture, Apayao State College’s newly hired and appointed teaching and non-teaching employees attended a collegewide onboarding at the EKB Multipurpose Building, Cubet Site, Conner Campus on March 26, 2024.
ASC President Dr. John N. Cabansag shared his academic journey, striving for his stepping stone in becoming an instructor up to leading the institution. Ms. Ma. Elma Riza Baguiwen, Administrative Aide III, led the purpose of the onboarding activity.
Meanwhile, Mr. Esteban I. Patting III, Planning Officer, communicated the college’s organizational structure, vision, mission, and objectives. Dr. Randy A. Cabilatazan, DPA, Campus Academic Dean of Conner Campus, discussed policies on academics.
Vice President for Finance and Administration Services, Ms. Jemmarie S. Kotoken, CPA, exhibited the code of conduct and ethical standards for public officials, while Ms. Marlina S. Cabilatazan, HRMO II, talked about the guidelines of leave administration, salary, and benefits.
Ms. Herminia L. Danao, HRMO III, presented the college and campus officials, enhanced policy on working hours and daily time records, and gave an orientation on the PRIME-HRM. She also commenced and concluded the said activity.
Rendering for thirty years of dedicated service, Mr. Remigio U. Bayaua, Security Guard I received a loyalty award.
