Playing a crucial role in fostering, accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in the management and operations of Apayao State College, the Management Review conducted at EKB Multi-Purpose Building in Cubet Site, Conner Campus concluded with a renewed commitment and with the firm belief that achieving ASC’s vision, mission and strategic goals essentially rest on the collective efforts of stakeholders such as faculty members, staff, students, alumni, and the broader community.
During the review sessions, ASC President John N. Cabansag communicated clear expectations and valuable inputs for a continuous improvement of the various processes relevant to the Quality Management System (QMS) in adherence to ISO 9001:2015.
VPs and unit heads presented information and progress on the performance and effectiveness of the QMS in terms of client satisfaction and feedback, process performance, and conformity of products and services such as performance monitoring reports for instruction and related operations, performance monitoring reports for support services, monitoring and measurement result, audit results including non-conformities and corrective actions, and performance of external providers.
Meanwhile, adequacy of resources that include human resources, infrastructure, and work environment were also presented along with the effectiveness of actions taken to address risks and opportunities for improvement.
The Management Review, facilitated by the Office of the Quality Assurance was well attended by the College and Board Secretary, VP-ARDES, VP-AFS, Chief Administrative Officer, Campus Academic Deans, Unit Heads, and Program Chairpersons.
